artists, treasure a special opportunity to sell and show their fine artwork in our
1100+ square foot
gallery setting. Artisans
of the Southwest Gallery and Wine Tasting Room, is located in lower downtown Pagosa Springs.
The Gallery presents a grand
opportunity to artists' work in beautiful southwest
Colorado
and throughout the country (through the web site), and to
tourists in our gallery.
Artisans provides local artist with the opportunity to show and sell
their art in a beautiful gallery; the membership fee provides
marketing for each artist through workshops, ArtistCHATS, direct
mail, web site, on-line gallery, individual yearly artist show &
reception, photography of their artwork, and artist
support. Local artisans contract quarterly and are reviewed
each year. Each category is limited to no more than three artist per
category, allowing variety of artwork in the gallery and individual
unique representation for each artist. Artisans
provides artists superb marketing for each artist including
brochures, postcards, photography of their work, web page bio and
artist gallery page on the
artisan website, and creative local and regional advertising. The
staffed gallery allows Artisans display and sell their work in a fine gallery
setting. Artisans demonstrate their work, as their
schedule allows, in our courtyard (weather permitting) with a silent auction
of the day's art.
Each artisan attends the gallery, providing an excellent opportunity
to sell their art and provide the community and visitors with an
interactive artisan gallery setting and experience!
Artisans of the Southwest also features Daily Art & Wine Happy
Hours, providing
locals and visitors an opportunity to taste Colorado wines (and
other state wines) and visit with Artisans.
3-week Guest or Visiting Artist Show
Out of town or state artisans may also show and sell their work in
the gallery. A limited number of 3-week Guest and Visiting
Artisans shows are available. These artists are included in
the gallery's monthly featured artists receptions and featured on
the web site gallery. Please contact the gallery with your request. |
